CPIM course consists of 2 parts: Part 1 -- Universally recognized entry-level supply chain training , Module 1:Basics of Supply Chain Management, Part 2 -- Comprehensive supply chain training for internal operations. Module 1: Strategic Management of Resources(SMR) ; Module 2: Master Planning of Resources (MPR); Module 3: Detailed Scheduling and Planning (DSP); Module 4: Execution and Control of Operations (ECO). Based on APICS body of knowledge, CPIM course systematically integrates Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) & Supply Chain Management (SCM). It deeply goes though over all related theories and practices on current supply chain management.
