Test Center Rules

1. Exam Credit cannot be refunded once purchased. Period of validity of Exam Credit is Six Month.

2. After you confirm exam registration at www.apics.org, the registered module can not be changed, but you may reschedule the exam date and time within Exam Credit period of validity. You need to buy another Exam Credit if the previous one is expired.

3. After you reserve the exam date and time at Pearson, if you cannot attend the exam for some reason, you need to apply for changing the exam date or site at least 2 business days in advance（In the same window,choose Reschedule;In the different window and within the exam credit period of validity,choose Cancel) and at a charge of 45USD to APICS.

4. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, you may be refused to enter into the test center to attend the exam.

ATTENTION：

1. Candidates must bring two valid identifications to the test center. One must have your photo（like National ID or Passport）, and the other must have your signature（like Credit Card） .

2.  Candidates are better to arrive at the test center 30 minutes before your scheduled exam time. After exam, candidates can print the score report at the test center recepit.
